With hints of our Islay Woollen Mill Gillies tweed throughout, we have 4 super king size rooms, 1 family suite offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and 6 double rooms.

Using the finest local ingredients from our Estate and beyond, our chefs create seasonal menus with a taste of Islay on every plate. What we can’t rear or grow ourselves, we work with local partner suppliers to ensure our ingredients are as fresh and local as possible.

New for 2022, the Islander Workshop opened in Edinburgh City Centre where customers can create their very own Mini Satchel handbag; selecting their own choice of coloured components and a choice of Harris Tweed® lids. We have room for up to 12 people in one sitting and workshops take approx. 45 mins – 1 hour to complete.

Brucefield Estate

Brucefield Estate is an eco-tourism hideaway where contemporary, sustainable accommodation as well as conservation and wildlife come first. Tucked away in ancient woodlands with a rich wildlife and historic landscape, and unique ancestry.
Come and learn about the history of Scotland from the C11th through the eyes of this estate: pilgrimages, medieval barons, and historic landscapes. We will introduce you to woodland fungi, the scent of a Douglas fir needle, and we’ll look out for woodpeckers, owls, and sumptuous mosses.

The Tolbooth Tavern

The Tolbooth Tavern in Edinburgh is part of the original Canongate Tolbooth which was built in 1591. This medieval building was used to collect tolls from travellers entering the burgh at the Canongate.
The ground floor became The Tolbooth Tavern in 1820.
The Tolbooth Tavern is a cosy traditional Scottish pub full of character and charm. It boasts a fantastic spot along the Royal Mile where the small exterior gives way to a spacious bar and mezzanine dining area.

Montrose Air Station Heritage Centre

Montrose was the UK's first operational military air station dating from 1913 to 1952, but our story is not just about aircraft, we also show the human side. The museum has expanded in recent years becoming a highly rated visitor attraction on TripAdvisor and Google. A fully accredited museum run entirely by volunteers who pride themselves in being friendly and helpful. Group visits need to be booked in advance and a form can be downloaded from our website.

Innes House (Innes Trading Co Ltd)

17th Century castle, 18 bedrooms most en-suite, but more suited to between 14 singles or 14 couples, with 3 single rooms and a double/twin more suited for children/families. Ten minutes’ drive from Elgin and situated within a 5000 acre estate, the house is nestled into the Moray countryside. Plenty of space in the walled gardens and grass parkland to roam in a tranquil setting with plenty of unique flora and fauna to be seen. Good train and airport links to Elgin

Loch Insh Outdoor Centre

The Loch Insh Outdoor Centre offers families and school children year-round outdoor sports opportunities including equipment hire, lessons with our experienced instructors and sports clubs. We also operate 13 chalets, 2 apartments and 21 B&B rooms of various sizes. Achnagairn Castle is unique. Usually, its elegance is available only for exclusive use hire, but in 2021 we open our doors to individuals or small groups. We will offer luxurious B&B accommodation in 21 individually designed en-suite bedrooms, many with four-poster beds and marble bathrooms. The Lind & Lime Distillery

Lind & Lime Gin is enjoyed around the world, and produced and bottled in Edinburgh’s historic distilling district of Leith. Our distillery on Coburg Street is exactly what you might expect an urban ‘craft distillery’ to look like. Tours are now available from May 2022 onwards, where visitors will be able to fill their very own miniature bottle, and learn to mix the perfect Gimlet cocktail. Just 10 minutes by foot from the Royal Yacht Britannina. Private tours available.

Highland Wildlife Park

Set in the stunning Cairngorms National Park, Highland Wildlife Park is the perfect day out for groups! The park offers break-taking views and the chance to see a range of native animals like the Scottish wildcat, as well as species from around the world, including snow leopards, Amur tigers, Japanese macaques and the UK’s youngest polar bear. You can also drive around the reserve, where your group will see many hoofed animals, including deer, elk, vicuna and bison.
