Just 8 miles from Edinburgh is the Lady Victoria Colliery, the finest surviving Victorian colliery in Europe, here we tell the story of coal for Scotland. Through two floors of exhibitions, interactives and 4 tour options, retrace the footsteps of thousands of miners and their families. Our café is open 7 days a week and offers a superb range of hot and cold snack, speciality coffee and freshly baked cakes. Upon request we can offer catering for up to 100 people this includes a hot buffet.
