The National Wallace Monument
The National Wallace Monument is one of Scotland’s boldest architectural expressions of national pride. It was completed in 1869 as a memorial to William Wallace. There are three exhibition galleries inside which feature the legendary Wallace Sword, an animation film, and interactive displays. Wemyss School of Needlework
Founded in 1877, the Wemyss School of Needlework began in order to teach local girls a skill from which to earn a living. Today we supply needlework materials, designs, kits (both ready to go and bespoke), and teach.
