As Arbikie continues its journey to be one of the world’s most sustainable distilleries, this new experience tells the story of their origins as a 400-year-old farming business. This includes the growing of ingredients on-site, the creation of the world’s first carbon-negative gin and vodka, and amazing progress towards becoming the world’s first green hydrogen-powered distillery.

Borderland Food Tours

Borderlands Food Tours showcases the Borderlands as an exceptional food producing region. Tours start at Tweedbank Railway Station and guests eat their way east, finishing on the Scottish Borders coast at Reston Railway Station.

Bowhouse

Bowhouse is a modern, working estate at the heart of the East Neuk of Fife, 20 minutes from St Andrews. Their ‘Grass to Grill’ tours are new for 2025, designed to immerse visitors within the local farming landscape. The 3-hour tours start with a ride in a safari-style trailer, pulled by a tractor, to visit different points of interest including livestock, crops, woodland and wildlife habitats. Afterwards, your clients will watch chefs at work on the open flame BBQ before gathering for a relaxed feast of locally sourced produce.

Eden Mill

New Eden Mill distillery and visitor centre set to open in the first half of 2025.

What makes it special?

One of Scotland’s favourite drinks brands, Eden Mill’s new distillery is on course to become operational early in 2025, with the visitor centre opening a few months later. The distillery will offer gin and whisky tours, a sky bar serving cocktails and stunning views, and a café. All electricity will be 100% renewable and the CO₂ produced during the fermentation process will be captured for future use.

Edinburgh Gin

What makes it special?

Edinburgh Gin’s brand-new distillery opens December 2024. The new distillery on East Market Street is built around four of the historic arches, dating back to 1825. As well as classic tours and tastings, Edinburgh Gin offers gin and chocolate pairing, cocktail classes and a gin-making experience. There is a walk-in bar for the public and a private function space – accommodating dining for up to 50 guests, drink receptions for up to 100 guests and full distillery take over for up to 200 guests.

Highland Park Distillery

The historic Highland Park Distillery in Orkney is undergoing an environmental restoration which will be completed in March 2025.

What makes it special?

The Highland Park Distillery is currently closed while the 226-year-old distillery gets an environmental upgrade which will reduce carbon emissions by 20%. Distillery experiences are bookable from March 2025. Highland Park offer exclusive island and distillery tours, for 6-10 people, combined with lunch.

RAER Spirits – Jackton Distillery
