Port of Leith Distillery

Situated in Leith, one of Edinburgh’s coolest neighbourhoods, Scotland’s first vertical distillery opened in late 2023 and has some pretty unbeatable views across the Firth of Forth.


Rosebank Distillery

Location: Falkirk

This Falkirk-based whisky distillery is ideal for those looking for a luxury, authentic experience. Once a producer of whisky described as ‘The King of the Lowlands’, the distillery is opening again, soon, for the first time in 25 years.


Edinburgh Gin

Location: Edinburgh

An Edinburgh institution, Edinburgh Gin is opening its new distillery in the atmospheric arches next to Waverley train station. They’re hoping to open for visitors in summer 2024 with their unique gin tours and experiences.


Eden Mill Distillery

The St Andrews-based distillers will be opening their new premises overlooking the estuary and St Andrews skyline in 2024, offering gin and whisky experiences. From February 2024, there will also be an Eden Mill Experience in the heart of Edinburgh.

Drumbane Distillery

The first Scotch Whisky with an Italian heart, Drumbane Distillery is the first to combine Scottish and Italian heritage. Expected to open summer 2024, offering experience such as guided tastings and meet the master distillers.


Deerness Distillery

Location: Orkney

Located in East Mainland Orkney, 20 minutes from Kirkwall and the airport. Deerness Distillery’s expansion is expected to open spring 2024, with a larger retail area, café for 40 plus, whisky still room (visible form the café), cask storage and new unique space to hold tasting experiences, events and private functions.
