The Pictish Room

Aberlemno is famous for its 4 Pictish Sculptured Stones. A new facility at the village hall can now enhance your visit. The pictish room is home to a collection of replica stones, carvings and interpretation boards. Small coaches can park on site. Large coaches may disembark on the road. Catering options on request. Greyfriars Kirk

Built on the site of a pre-Reformation Franciscan monastery, our iconic building offers much to see and appreciate, from reading the words of the National Covenant (signed here in the Kirkyard in 1638), right through to contemporary additions, such as our magnificent organ that dominates the sanctuary. The Bothy Experience

Home of the award winning Gin Bothy, The Bothy Experience is free to visit with exhibition rooms and Bothy Larder shop. It is nestled in the historic Angus village of Glamis on the doorstep of Glamis Castle (just 25 minutes from Dundee). The Bothy Experience is where Scottish bothy traditions and culture meets tasting and retail.
