1881 Distillery & Gin School

1881 Distillery is home to Scotland's largest residential Gin School. Located above the original Peebles Hydro swimming pool, guests can enjoy three-hour-long distillery experiences and extend the experience with an overnight stay in Peebles Hydro. Only 35 minutes from Edinburgh airport, this is a true Scottish Borders Experience. The London Spirits Competition awarded The 1881 Distillery gold for its subtly smoked Rafters Gin which was inspired by the hotel’s history and a fire it suffered in 1905. The Scottish gin brand also received silver for three gins, Hydro, Honours and Tiffin.

The Old Millhouse

The Old Millhouse, located outside Edinburgh is set on the banks of the River Esk amongst 3.5 acres of private gardens. Available on a catered or self catering basis the house offers 5 double rooms, an orangery, drawing room, cosy den and an outdoor terrace with a hydro pool swim spa.

Trossachs Ebike Tours

Small groups (2–6 people, age 14+) and FIT are accompanied by a friendly local guide and will hear about Clan legends, Victorian history, Outlander locations, folklore and nature. The Gordon Arms – Restaurant with Rooms

The Gordon Arms Restaurant with Rooms, is nestled in the serene Yarrow Valley, between Selkirk and Moffat, approx. 31 miles from Edinburgh and 57 from Glasgow Airports. Solsgirth Home is located near Dollar, with easy access to Stirling, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth. We plan to share our sustainable farming journey and are delighted to welcome your clients to hear our story. We offer farm tours, seasonal events (lambing experience), craft workshops as well as catering and accommodation depending on numbers. Cromlix is the five-star country house hotel owned by tennis player Andy Murray and his wife Kim. They can cater for 20 people for their tour of this unique small craft distillery producing whisky and rum. The Distillery has it's own adjoining Pub/Restaurant to cater for those that wish to dine before or after a tour.
