Campbell’s Baking Experience

Scotland’s Oldest Bakery, Campbell’s in Crieff, has opened its doors to offer a unique behind the scenes experience in a real working bakery. The craft and heritage of Scottish baking is taught by 7th generation, award-winning masterbaker, Iain Campbell as he leads a class through one of his family’s recipes of shortbread, oatcakes, Selkirk Bannock or Outlander bannocks. Afternoon tea and cake is served while the baking is in the oven.

Groups take away their very own handmade baking in travel-friendly packs to share with friends and family back home – if it’s not eaten first!
