The glass cube hangs over the water allowing diners to enjoy unparalleled panoramic views over St Andrews Bay and West Sands Beach. We use locally sourced and sustainable produce supplied fresh daily, to create our beautiful and delicious menus which are elevated with an inspired Italian twist, relating to the owners Italian family background.
