These complex cheeses are crafted with care and precision by cheesemaking masters, matured to perfection in our new maturation room.
We offer private bespoke tasting events/masterclasses, led by our founder and best-selling author, Svetlana. We offer tastings of European, British, Scottish cheeses, paired with our artisan wine range, whisky and/or local liqueurs for groups 6-20.
