The Borders Distillery

The Borders Distillery is the first Scotch Whisky Distillery in the picturesque Scottish Borders since 1837. Located in the centre of Hawick, a town steeped in history and heritage, known for its luxury knitwear production and as the “Home of Tweed”, it is housed in fully restored Victorian industrial buildings.
Our tours are led by the distillers themselves and run three times a day Monday – Saturday. These are fully accessible and are limited to 12 people per tour. For larger parties and private bespoke tours please contact us directly."
