Highland Folk Museum
Welcome to Britain’s first open air museum which brings to life the domestic and working conditions of earlier Highland peoples.
Within our museum your clients can learn how our Scottish Highland ancestors lived, how they built their homes, how they tilled the soil and how they dressed, in a friendly and welcoming environment.
We are located just off the A9 in Newtonmore and south of Inverness.
Your clients can also enjoy lunch or tea/coffee and a cake in our onsite Café.
Ample parking for coaches.
We are open April to October.
