A boutique Bed & Breakfast (five suites all with ensuite) The Georgian ‘A’ listed Arthouse is part of a crescent in Edinburgh's world famous New Town. Designed by the renowned architect Willam Burn in 1823. It has all the charm of a period property with modern luxury and designer style opened in 2018 by Scottish Artist Michael Worobec and his husband Paul Skrgatic.
We welcome FIT and small group bookings for exclusive use up to 10 PAX. We have onsite parking and car hire within 5 mins walk. 25 mins from the airport 7 mins from Edinburgh Waverley Train Station. We also offer Art Tours of the three National Galleries of Scotland in Edinburgh.
