The Paper Mill

The Paper Mill is an award winning bar and brasserie situated in a picturesque, riverbank location. We are 1.5 miles from the Edinburgh City Bypass, close to several world class attractions, and have on-site parking. Our spacious private dining area is a stylish spot for lunch or dinner for up to 45 guests. We serve fresh, seasonal Scottish produce and hold a VisitScotland "Taste Our Best" accreditation. Our bar is stocked with a wide range of Scottish craft beers, gins and whisky.
