Glencoe House

The Glencoe House Suites are situated in the mansion house. One or two-bedroom suites are available all boasting lavish bathrooms and a substantial sitting room, which encompasses an array of period features.
A distinguishing feature of the Glencoe House suites is the unique dining experience. Breakfast and a candle lit three-course dinner are served at your private dining room table located in your suite

The Strathcona Lodges at Glencoe House reside in a characterful building located just 50 metres from the mansion house. The Strathcona lodges contains 6 x one-bedroom suites where the ground floor comprises a comfortable sitting room with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen complete with Range Oven and a luxurious bathroom

The Bosville

The Bosville is contained within a trio of 19th-century cottages that have been lovingly restored and converted. Switch off from the daily grind and coorie up in one of our 20 relaxed rooms.
Our refined but cosy accomodation is situated right in the centre of Portree, opposite the harbour with some of the best views in town. Downstairs we have our lively award-winning Dulse & Brose restaurant and Merchant Bar filled with residents and non-residents alike

Bracken Hide

The Bracken Hide is a wilderness hotel consisting of 27 en-suite Hides scattered across the hillside with stunning views of Portree. The hotel benefits from a more remote location but is also walking distance from the town of Portree.
On-site there is the hub which consists of a superb restaurant, a Whisky bar and a lounge

Hoswick Visitor Centre – 100 years of textiles and creativity in Hoswick

On arrival your guests will hear from local ‘Hoswick Ambassadors’ about the Shetland Woolen Co with tea/coffee and homemade shortbread. Followed by a guided walking tour of the historic small coastal village of Hoswick. The walk follows the coastline, along a burn, among wild flowers. On returning to the Centre, visit three unique retail outlets: Nielanell Design Studio, Karlin Anderson Jeweller and Shetland Woollen Co. A traditional Shetland lunch will then follow. Available all year/weekdays. Parking for small coaches.
