Scotland’s Secret Bunker

For over 40 years, an innocent looking farmhouse conceals the entrance to one of Scotland's best kept secrets. Discover the twilight world of Scotland's secret underground nuclear command centre. An amazing labyrinth on two levels, 100ft below ground and encased within 15Ft thick concrete walls. Serving the best in authentic Italian food and chic cocktails, Gusto has remained close to the heart of Edinburgh locals and tourists alike. We specialize in catering to all dietary requirements with over 30% of our menu available as Vegan. We are able to provide comprehensive information on our menu items and are adept at dealing with allergens.
Central to our dining area is our ‘Con Amici’ table -literally meaning ‘with friends’- which can seat groups of up to 40. Our mezzanine level can sit up to 75 for a sit down meal, or up to 100 for an informal canapé or bowl food event. On street level, the main restaurant can sit up to 130 incorporating our ‘Con Amici” table. We also have a bar area which is fantastic for laid back cocktail, prosecco or champagne style events.

Greyfriars Kirk

Built on the site of a pre-Reformation Franciscan monastery, our iconic building offers much to see and appreciate, from reading the words of the National Covenant (signed here in the Kirkyard in 1638), right through to contemporary additions, such as our magnificent organ that dominates the sanctuary. The Bothy Experience

Home of the award winning Gin Bothy, The Bothy Experience is free to visit with exhibition rooms and Bothy Larder shop. It is nestled in the historic Angus village of Glamis on the doorstep of Glamis Castle (just 25 minutes from Dundee). The Bothy Experience is where Scottish bothy traditions and culture meets tasting and retail.
