Trimontium is the only museum dedicated to Roman & Iron Age Scotland. Based in the Melrose, the museum tells the story of the nearby site of Trimontium- the largest Roman fort north of Hadrian’s wall – using AV, touch-screen technology & the finest collection of Roman military artefacts.
