East Neuk Seaweed

East Neuk Seaweed runs tide-led seaweed-foraging and wild-cooking experiences on the Fife coast, twenty minutes from St Andrews, led personally by forager and chef Jayson Byles. Guests walk out onto a shore that only exists at low tide, harvest it with their own hands, and eat what they gathered cooked over fire on the beach. Formats run from the 90-minute Seaweed Taster for coach groups of up to 40 to the four-hour on the Rocks for up to 12, plus the indoor Coastal Dram whisky masterclass, year-round.
